Bellevue by Kempinski
Project management and consultancy
Bellevue Residences, managed by Kempinski Hotels, was an ultra-luxurious project consisting of two residential towers located in Etiler which is one of the most prestigious residential counties in İstanbul.
REMAG purchased the land and pre-existing uncompleted civil structure, and re-developed it as one of the most stunning residential complexes of İstanbul. The building easily met the criteria of the Kempinski Group who has been servicing the apartments since.
NARR acted as the general coordinator for the project.
Motor Yacht E&E
Interior Design and Procurement
The 42m Motor Yacht E&E was launched in 2011 and was built by the Turkish shipyard Cizgi Yachts. E&E's striking exterior design was created by award winning designers Vripack.
NARR was instructed, alongside AES Yachts to complete interior designs of the main reception space, dining areas and full beam master suite. Central to the designs were an efficient use of space and utilising the excellent proportions the shipbuilders had created internally.
NARR acted as interior designers on the project.
Microsoft Headquarters
Project management and consultancy
The un-completed shopping center within the Bellevue complex had been re-developed as a modern office building which has been occupied by Microsoft Turkey as their headquarters since completion in 2008.
The building had been selected following a comprehensive assessment process, during which a number of assets where reviewed. The building was determined to perfectly fit the needs of Microsoft and NARR managed the redevelopment and occupation.
NARR served as the general coordinator for the project.
Private Residence, Vienna
Interior Design, Procurement and Contracting
Working for a Private Client, NARR was instructed to carry out a full FF&E, turn-key delivery of the property which covered 1,800m2.
NARR was instructed, to complete a full interior designs package of the whole villa including, formal living spaces, carpentry and full beam master suite. Central to the designs were a sympathetic approach to the existing period features of the property and incorporating high-quality furnishings and finishes.
NARR acted as interior designers and general contractor for the project.
